Many rooms lacked essential amenities like refrigerators or microwaves, which was pretty inconvenient, especially in high heat. Some guests also found the decor in certain rooms dated and noted a limited variety in breakfast options, with some dishes not prepared to satisfaction, like the oft-cited undercooked bacon. It’s a minor detail, but the air conditioning was reportedly hit or miss, making some areas feel stuffy at times.

i really enjoyed my stay at tent capi. the double room i booked was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. i loved the unlimited brunch service available from 08.30 till 01.30, allowing me to eat as much as i wanted. the location was also great, just a short distance from palma cathedral.
